I invited a few of our friends to celebrate his special day and from the moment we arrived in Cabo, we were treated with the VIP treatment. Just want to take a minute of your time to give you compliments on your staff and home.
Your staff at Villa Las Palmas is outstanding! From the minute Monica picked us up at airport, to Greg meeting us at the door, to the rest of the staff greeting us every morning with breakfast and a smile, they were awesome. They couldn't do enough for us. We would be talking amongst each other, and they would hear what we liked or needed and it was there for us. Greg, is outstanding. He takes pride in his work. It took him one day to get to know our likes and needs, and that was it, we didn't have to ask for a thing after that. Whether it was morning coffee and fruit or an end of the day cocktail, he always had it available. It was so nice to be taken care of the way your staff took care of us. They were so friendly and helpful. Our clothes were always washed, beds made, dishes done and house tidy. And last but not least, there's Monica, wow, she's great. She made all our reservations, communicated to the staff when we couldn't, drove us to and from places, made sure we were safe and taken care of, and was a friend. Something that she did that was way beyond her call of duty was that she stayed at the hospital with a friend of ours that had a stomach problem. He had to go to the hospital twice and both times she stayed with him for the duration of his stay. Most people wouldn't do that.
And last, but certainly not least, I want to thank you for letting us experience your home. It is absolutely incredible and most accommodating.
In closing, once again, you have a wonderful staff that loves and takes care of you, as they do your guests. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Hi Tim,
My family and I wanted to thank you again for providing us with such an amazing family vacation. Villa Las Palmas was even more spectacular than we could have imagined- more spacious, more comfortable, more beautiful. As amazing as the home was though, it was definitely the service that made this vacation so perfect. Monica, Greg, and staff went above and beyond in seeing that our every want and need were taken care of. Never had any of us been so spoiled- they took such good care of us, we never wanted to leave the Villa to explore beautiful Cabo San Lucas.
Our sunset cruise on Spartacus was also fabulous... Captain Steve took such good care of us while on board- it was the highlight of our trip.
The Villa was truly beautiful, the food was delicious and the service extraordinary- thank you again for everything. It was by far the best family vacation we have ever had, and we are all looking forward to visiting again next year.

Where does one begin to convey just how absolutely wonderful you all are! Caroline, Monica and Greg, you and your team are remarkable! Your creativity and coordination efforts were successful in generating a relaxing atmosphere for my family and guests. Your style is both welcoming and comfortable, making our week feel at ease and "at home". It would be difficult to pick the highlight of our week; the picnic on the private beach, sunset cruise and fishing on Spartacus, massages by the pool or simply drinking the gorgeous view from the many skillfully structured points of Villas Las Palmas. Of all our vacations, this has truly topped our list. We all had withdrawals after returning home and were very disappointed to wake up our first day back and not see Greg and Monica. I would say that this has been a trip of a lifetime, but we have all decided that once is not enough and would like to revisit Cabo and our friends at Villas Las Palmas in the coming year. Of our stay in Villa Las Palmas, the best part was the service provided by the whole team who is available 100% and they meet all your needs immediately without giving a negative to any of your requests, the villa is very comfortable with big spaces and the boat is incredible to go fishing or just to go for a cruise, the crew couldn't be any better.
Because of this and many other things, I recommend this villa for a business, family and friends trip. It offers you a lot of advantages that a hotel can't provide.
